We have a long standing relationship with Hardee’s brand and its parent company CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc. (“CKE”) spanning forty years. We are the largest global franchisee for CKE restaurants having opened our first Hardee’s restaurant in Saudi Arabia in 1980 and since then have steadily expanded into ten countries in the MENA region including Kazakhstan. Hardee’s aims at being the ultimate destination for cravable and indulgent burgers in the QSR segment. Hardee’s is known for its bold innovations that introduce new flavours to its customers in the MENA region, and differentiates itself through its offering of chargrilled burgers, premium quality & superior ingredients, bigger portions, and a range of staple regional iconic menu items.

Americana’s first Pizza Hut restaurant opened in 1979 in the UAE, and since then we have steadily expanded into various countries including Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Given our long-standing relationship with Yum! for almost fifty years, in 2022 we were selected to relaunch and scale the brand with development rights to Saudi Arabia (except Jeddah city). In 2023, we further strengthened our regional presence with successful launch in Iraq.

After decades-long hiatus, Americana revived this beloved brand in 2021 to disrupt the industry with great tasting burgers at affordable prices.
